ELEVATING SPACES

I work with clients to create spaces that feel both deeply personal and beautifully unexpected — the kind you may have only imagined until now.

Every project is different, and I approach each one with fresh eyes and an open mind. With a wide range of experience and a strong creative perspective, I bring spaces to life in ways that are functional, inspiring, and uniquely you.

Whether you're restoring a historic home, designing a boutique rental, outfitting a new office, or planning a full renovation, I’m here to help you shape what’s next — thoughtfully and collaboratively. From early planning to the final finishing touches, I’ll help you bring your space to life with purpose and personality.

Let’s Bring Your Vision to Life

ABOUT ME

When I walk into a space, I immediately start imagining the possibilities — the colors the walls could be, where that perfect shelf might go. I’m always designing in my head. That’s the mindset I bring to every project: creative, fluid, and collaborative.

I love partnering with clients to bring their vision to life. And if you’re not quite sure what your vision is yet — that’s okay. Helping you discover it is part of the process.

Outside of design, I’m inspired by music, art, and the ever-evolving art scenes around me. I split my time between New Orleans and Portland, drawing from the vibrant culture, creativity, and cuisine of both cities.

Let’s create something you’ve only imagined — together.

  • “After my first meeting with Matt I knew he had heard everything I was trying to communicate. He made my new living area the my most favorite room in our home. I can wait to get started on kitchen next. Instead of dreading this renovation I look forward to each new phase.”

  • “I was in way over my head! A new business and a new renovation all at the same time. Matt made sure nothing feel through the crack. And our new restaurant is beyond belief.”

    Jim Boonberg

  • “I wasn't sure I needed to hire an interior designer. Matt came highly recommended and it was the smartest decision we.”
